Tuition & payment options
Every program lists one all-in tuition number. Then you choose how to pay it — up front, in weekly installments, or through financing the academy runs in-house.
Up to 100% CNA tuition reimbursement may be available
Students who work for an eligible Medicare or Medicaid-certified nursing facility may qualify for reimbursement of CNA training costs. Eligibility requirements apply, so ask us before you enroll and we'll walk you through whether it fits your situation.
WorkSource and STEP assistance may also be available for eligible students.

CNA Hybrid

Classroom hours 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with hybrid learning in the first two weeks.
CNA In-Person
$2,200
4 weeks · 107 hours
Classroom 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, clinicals 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
CMA In-Person
$3,000
3–4 weeks · 80 hours
Requires CNA certification plus 832 verified CNA work hours.
A $150 non-refundable seat hold reserves your place in the class and counts toward your tuition — it is part of your tuition, not an extra fee.
Four ways to pay

Pay in full
Settle the whole tuition before class starts.

Half up front, then weekly
Pay 50% at least two days before class begins, then make weekly payments until the balance is closed.

Pay as you go
Start paying toward your tuition right away, reach the 50% start threshold before class, then continue with weekly payments.

In-house financing
Available for well-qualified applicants who need a payment plan the academy can manage directly.
CNA requirements
- Be 18 or older
- Pass a background screening
- Pass a drug screening
- Have the required immunizations or vaccinations
- Complete CPR/BLS before clinicals
